Third Wave BBQ partners
Our guests, sent your way
Each Third Wave BBQ venue works with a handful of nearby independents. Our guests claim a single-use voucher for your welcome offer and bring it to you. In return, you tell your regulars about us. No money changes hands.
How it works
- You choose a small welcome offer for our guests, from one of three kinds below.
- We put your offer on our perks page. Guests claim a single-use code and bring it to you.
- Your team enters the code on a phone or tablet page we give you. That is the whole step.
- You mention the programme to your own regulars, about once a month.
The three kinds of offer
Pick whichever suits your business. Nothing here is a discount on your everyday prices for everyone — it is a first-visit welcome for our guests.
A. Free First Experience
First one on us
A first item, class or visit free, once. You choose which.
B. Meaningful Dollar Value
A set amount off your first visit
A set dollar amount off a first visit. You choose the amount and any minimum spend.
C. Exclusive Access
Something our regulars get
Something not on the menu — an early seat, a members-only item, a standing extra. You choose what.
What Third Wave gives you

- A listing on our perks pageYour business and your offer, on the page our guests claim perks from.
- A live countYour own dashboard shows how many guests came in with your offer.

What we ask
One mention to your list or socials per month.
- A mention in our email or newsletter, monthly. One line to your list once a month is plenty.
- A social post, monthly. One post or story a month on the channel you already use.
Either is fine, or both. You choose on the set-up form.
The basics
- No fees
- Nothing is charged either way. You honour your offer; we honour ours.
- Non-exclusive
- You can work with anyone else you like, and so can we.
- A 30–60 day pilot
- Give it 30 to 60 days. If it is not working for you, tell us and we take the listing down.
The full partner terms are shown on the set-up form before you accept anything, and they are short.
How vouchers work
- Single use. Each guest gets one code, and it works once.
- Redeemed at your counter. Your team types the code into a page on any phone or tablet — no app, no hardware, no login.
- Capped and dated. Every offer has a redemption cap and an end date. Guests see the end date on their voucher.
- You see the count. Redemptions are counted for you; we do not hold your customers’ details.
Questions we get asked
- Does it cost anything?
- No. Nothing is charged either way. The programme runs on a mutual mention rather than money.
- What do you need from us?
- A small welcome offer for our guests, and a mention of the programme to your own regulars.
- How much work is it for us?
- Setting up is one short form. After that we send the vouchers out and your team redeems them at the counter.
- How do people redeem it?
- Each guest gets a single-use code. Your team enters it on a phone or tablet page we give you, and that is the whole step.
- Who is actually sending this?
- The person named in the signature, at the venue named with them. The first emails are drafted by an assistant and a person reads every reply.
- Can we stop later?
- Yes, at any point. Reply and we will take the listing down and stop contacting you.
- What do you do with our details?
- We keep the business contact details you give us to run the programme, and nothing else. Ask us and we remove them.
